My parents used to go to the Los Altos Farmers Market to buy containers of dried kale. Then my mom decided to start making it herself!! …and it is awesome.
It looks weird, but with a little balsamic, it tastes SO GOOD. In this form, I could easily eat a bushel of KALE THE SUPERFOOD in one sitting.
