Gluten free lasagna – half veggie half meat!
Made breakfast sandwiches for the freezer – inspired by Macheesmo.com. I baked the eggs, then combined with whole wheat english muffins, proscuitto, cheddar cheese and spinach. Wrapped in individual paper towels, and put in freezer. Reheat: 25 seconds on each side in the microwave, if you’re in a rush. Awesome.
I decided to cut out the gory details of my being sick this day en route to Mumbai. Let’s just say it was miserable, and I was grateful that I was able to sleep for 12 hours once I FINALLY made it to my hotel in Mumbai.
In leiu of pictures from the day (I was wayy too out of it to take photos), I am very happy and excited to share the recipes for the incredible food we learned to cook at the cooking class in Orchha. Enjoy!
